Today, Miles had some plastic tubes surgically implanted in his ears. Next, we plan on enhancing his eyes like Vin Diesel. We hope he will be overcome with gratitude in his later years and use his upgrades to help finance our retirement.
Seriously, though. I would love to have biomechanically enhanced eyeballs. What could be more useful than infrared vision or shooting lasers from your eye sockets? Unfortunately, we are told that the tubes will fall out themselves within a year or so. There goes that plan...

What about flying, invisibility, and walking through walls? I also hear super-strength is very popular.
I think flying is so last year.
I'd go with x-ray vision, that's a classic that never goes out of style.
Walking through walls would be choice. Also how about the ability to make a fortune at a very young age so mom and dad can retire before they're 45?
Why retire? Can't it be the ability to make a fortune while doing whatever the heck you want, whenever you want... and let the paychecks keep coming.
Well, I suppose my definition of retiring would be doing whatever I wanted. Producing comicbooks, or storyboarding movies or working at a video game house of my desire wouldn't really be 'work' to me. So retiring from the 9 to 5 that isn't your ideal.
